My mother was born Karen Lynn Campana on February 12, 1961. She had three younger brothers whom she adored. She grew up in Blackwood, NJ. She was a very intelligent child. She didn't have the easiest childhood. She was diagnosed with Hodgekin's Lymphoma at age 17, but she fought. It wasn't easy, but she beat it despite the doctor's predictions.
